Is it safe to outsource business process automation?
Outsourcing workflow automation is safe when the safeguards are agreed in writing first. The main risks are data exposure, lock-in and loss of control, so every engagement opens with a mutual NDA, least-privilege access and a data processing agreement, and every workflow runs in accounts you own.

What counts as a simple workflow?
Up to five steps, two connected apps and no custom code. A form entry that lands in your CRM and triggers a welcome email is simple; matching invoices across three systems is not. Simple workflows get the $399 pilot and $800 production prices; anything larger is quoted under the Business packages from $1,500.
What does the $99 Diagnostic include?
One process, one 45-minute call and a two-page written verdict within five days: whether the process is worth automating, roughly what it would save, and which tool fits. The $99 is credited in full to your pilot. If the answer is “not worth it”, the note says so and nothing else is proposed.
Can we skip the Diagnostic?
Yes. If you already know the process, its volumes and what “working” looks like, book the free 30-minute scoping call and we quote the pilot directly. The Diagnostic is for teams that are not sure which process to start with, or whether automation will pay off at all.
Which is better: n8n, Make or Zapier?
For most AI workflows, n8n is the better choice, and our n8n automation services lead with it. n8n counts a whole run as one execution, while Zapier and Make bill every action step, so adding steps does not raise the bill. Unlike them, n8n can be self-hosted on your servers, and its public code has over 200,000 GitHub stars.
