AI Services · EICRA Soft Limited

AI Services for US, UK and Singapore Teams — Working Automation in Weeks, Not Quarters

AI services are done-for-you builds that put artificial intelligence inside a business process you already run. EICRA maps the process, builds the automation, keeps a human checkpoint on every output, and hands over documentation your team can run without us. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before any build starts.

Built and run by EICRA Soft Limited, Dhaka — remote technology and BPO delivery for clients in the US, UK, Singapore and Bangladesh.

01 — Proof

Results and Proof

Before you buy, you can check the work. We publish pilot numbers where the client allows it, run a live demo on your own data, share our benchmark report, and give you named references. If a claim on this page is not checkable, it should not be on this page.

01

Case study and pilot numbers

Each engagement starts with a measured baseline, so the result is a before-and-after number and not an opinion. Published case studies name the process, the volume, the measurement window and the date.

Client-identifying details are published only with written permission.

02

Demo or free sample

We will run one real task from your process, on your own sample data, before you pay anything. You get the output, the prompt or workflow that produced it, and an honest note on where it failed.

03

Benchmark report

Where a client engagement cannot be published, we publish our own benchmark instead: the same task run across models and workflow designs, with accuracy, cost per run and latency recorded.

Method and raw counts are included so you can reproduce it yourself.

04

Reviews and references

We give two named client references on request at proposal stage, so you can speak to someone who has run a build with us end to end.

Written reviews are published with the reviewer’s name, role and company, never anonymously.

02 — Deliverables

What You Get

Six AI service lines, each sold as a fixed-price package. Every package ships the same four artefacts: a working automation in your own stack, a human review checkpoint, a written runbook, and a 30-day support window. You own the code, the prompts and the documentation.

01 / SERVICE

Workflow Automation

Repetitive, rule-heavy work moved into an automated pipeline: intake, routing, data entry, reconciliation, reporting. Deliverable: a live workflow, an exception queue, and a monitoring dashboard.

02 / SERVICE

AI Integrations

AI wired into the systems you already pay for — CRM, ERP, help desk, spreadsheets, email, Slack, WordPress. Deliverable: authenticated connections, error handling, and an integration map.

03 / SERVICE

Agentic AI and Orchestration

Multi-step agents that plan, call tools and hand off to each other under defined limits. Deliverable: the agent graph, tool permissions, spend caps, and a full action log.

04 / SERVICE

Human-in-the-Loop Oversight

A trained reviewer between the model and your customer. Deliverable: review SLAs, a confidence threshold, an escalation path, and a weekly quality sample with error rates.

05 / SERVICE

AI Content Editing

Draft, edit and fact-check pipelines with a named human editor on every piece. Deliverable: a style guide, prompt library, editing checklist, and a plagiarism and citation check.

06 / SERVICE

Voice Synthesis and Custom Prompts

Voice-over production and reusable prompt systems built to your brand. Deliverable: licensed voice assets, a versioned prompt library, and test cases that prove each prompt still works.

Scope boundary

Not included

  • Model training from scratch, and the GPU cost that goes with it.
  • Third-party licence and API usage fees — billed to your own accounts, not resold by us.
  • Hardware, network changes, and on-premise server administration.
  • Regulated advice — legal, medical, tax or financial sign-off on AI outputs.
  • Unlimited revisions. Two rounds are included; scope changes are re-quoted in writing.
  • Guaranteed model accuracy. We commit to a measured threshold agreed in the contract, not to perfection.

Anything not written into the signed scope is out of scope. That protects your budget as much as our delivery schedule.

03 — Process

How We Work

A single-workflow build runs three to four weeks from signed scope to handover. Multi-system and agentic builds run six to ten weeks. You get a dated plan before you pay, and a weekly progress report against that plan.

  • Day 0 · 45 minutes

    Diagnostic call

We map the process, the volume, the current cost and the failure points. No charge, no obligation.

  • Days 1–3

    Written scope and fixed quote

Deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, timeline and price, in one document. Nothing starts until you sign it.

  • Days 3–5

    Baseline measurement

We record the current numbers so the result can be proven later instead of claimed.

  • Weeks 1–3

    Build sprint

Weekly demo of working software. You see progress every week, not at the end.

  • Week 4

    Human review and acceptance testing

We run your real data through the system, log the errors, fix them, and re-test against the acceptance criteria.

  • Week 4

    Handover

Runbook, credentials, architecture notes, and a recorded walkthrough for your team.

  • +30 days

    Support window

Bug fixes and tuning at no extra cost. Optional monthly maintenance after that.

04 — Security

Security, Compliance and Contract

This section exists so your legal and security team can clear us without a discovery call. If something here does not meet your policy, tell us at scoping stage and we will either meet it or say plainly that we cannot.

Contracts and data transfer

What gets signed, and when

  • NDA — mutual, signed before scoping begins.
  • DPA — signed before any personal data is shared, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies.
  • UK IDTA — the ICO International Data Transfer Agreement is executed for UK client transfers to Bangladesh.
  • Singapore PDPA — we contract to PDPA transfer-limitation and breach-notification obligations.
  • Sub-processor rule — a written list is provided at signing, and no new sub-processor is added without prior written notice and your right to object.

05 — FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this cost? Fixed-price packages from $1,500. See pricing →

How much do EICRA AI services cost?

Fixed-price packages start at $1,500. The price is set after a free 45-minute diagnostic call and a written scope, so you approve the number before any work begins. There are no hourly surprises. Full package tiers and what each one includes are listed on our pricing page.

How long does an AI automation project take?

A single-workflow build normally runs three to four weeks from signed scope to handover. Multi-system integrations and agentic builds run six to ten weeks. We give you a dated timeline in the written scope, and we report progress weekly against that timeline.

Do you sign an NDA and a DPA before we share data?

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before scoping and a Data Processing Agreement before any personal data is shared. For UK clients we execute the ICO International Data Transfer Agreement. For Singapore clients we contract to PDPA obligations, including breach notification duties.

Where is your team based and which hours do you cover?

The build team sits in Dhaka, Bangladesh, at UTC+6. That gives full working-day overlap with Singapore, a morning overlap with the UK, and an early-morning overlap with US Eastern time. We commit to specific overlap hours in writing in the contract.

What happens if the AI produces a wrong output?

Every workflow we ship has a human-in-the-loop checkpoint, a confidence threshold, and a logged fallback path. Nothing goes to a customer or a system of record unreviewed unless you explicitly ask for it. Errors inside scope are fixed free under the rework clause.

Who owns the code, the prompts and the models?

You do. Intellectual property in the workflows, prompts, code and documentation transfers to you on final payment. We keep no rights to your data or your outputs. We retain only our own pre-existing internal libraries, which you get a perpetual licence to use.

Can you build on the tools we already use?

Yes. We build inside your stack rather than replacing it. Typical targets are CRMs, ERPs, help desks, spreadsheets, email, Slack, WordPress and internal REST APIs. If a system has no API, we agree a documented workaround in the scope before we quote.

What support do we get after handover?

Every package includes a 30-day support window covering bug fixes and tuning at no extra cost. After that you can run the system yourself using the handover documentation and runbook, or move to a monthly maintenance retainer. Both options are priced on the pricing page.
