AI model calls are billed separately, and production workflows usually outgrow the free limits.

A human approval step in every production build catches AI mistakes wherever an error would cost money or trust: a person approves, edits or rejects the output, and a log records who decided. Singapore’s 2026 agentic AI framework calls for “significant checkpoints at which human approval is required”, and each pilot is tested on real cases first.

Each workflow needs only least-privilege access to the systems it touches. You create the tool accounts and connections in your name, grant our team access for the build, and we remove it at handover. Work starts after a mutual NDA, personal data is handled under a data processing agreement, and no sub-processor is added without your written approval.

When a workflow step fails, it retries automatically, a fallback path holds the record and a named person gets an alert, built on n8n error workflows, Make’s automatic retries or Zapier’s Autoreplay. Failures are fixed free for 30 days after launch; then Managed AI Ops ($999 a month) or your team, using the runbook, takes over.

Your company owns the workflows from the start, because we build them inside your own n8n, Make or Zapier accounts and you hold admin access throughout. At handover you receive the full export, the runbook and credentials documentation, and our access is removed. The contract sets out ownership of delivered work, and subscriptions stay in your name.
