About EICRA Soft Limited

Agentic AI Business Automation Services in Bangladesh

EICRA Soft Limited is a Dhaka-based technology and services company, registered in Bangladesh since 2007. Our main business today is agentic AI business automation: building AI agents, workflow automation and system integrations that run inside the tools a company already uses, with a human checkpoint wherever a mistake would cost money or trust.

Alongside that we continue to run the ITES, Employer of Record and workforce services this company was built on. Same Dhaka team, same working hours, one point of contact, one agreement. Everything listed on this page is a published service on this site, not a plan.

Delivered from Dhaka on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6): a full working-day overlap with Singapore and the Gulf, a morning overlap with the UK and Europe, and overnight turnaround for North America.

Who we are

A services company that moved into AI, not an AI startup that learned services

Nineteen years of running payroll, back-office and workforce operations for other companies is the reason our automation work is built the way it is: with error handling, approval steps and documentation, because we have had to answer for broken processes ourselves.

Where we came from

EICRA Soft Limited was incorporated in Bangladesh in 2007 and spent its first years delivering IT-enabled services, accounting and bookkeeping support, help desk and infrastructure work, and later Employer of Record, payroll and workforce administration for companies employing people in Bangladesh.

That work is unglamorous and unforgiving. A payroll run that is late is not a bug report, it is a person who did not get paid. Documentation, audit trails and named owners were never optional for us.

Where we are going

Since 2026 our main business is agentic AI business automation. The shift is deliberate: the same processes we have run manually for clients for years are now the processes buyers want automated, and we already know where they break.

So our AI work is opinionated. Every production build ships with a confidence threshold, an exception queue, an alert to a named person, and a runbook. If an automation cannot be handed over, we do not consider it finished.

How we work with clients

Engagements start with a written scope, a fixed price and a dated timeline before any build begins. Work is delivered from Dhaka by people employed here, in one time zone, with one point of contact. Where an automation touches personal data, a data processing agreement is signed first; contract and transfer terms are prepared for UK, EU and Singapore buyers, and agreed case by case elsewhere.

We also say no. If a process is not stable enough to automate, or the honest answer is that a spreadsheet and a rule would do the job, we will say so at scoping rather than sell a build that will be abandoned in six months.

Main business

AI Services — 32 services in five groups

This is the menu the company leads with. Automation and agents build the systems; AI marketing applies them to demand generation; AI assurance produces the evidence a regulator or an auditor will ask for; data analytics prepares the data underneath; IT and engineering keeps the surrounding software alive.

1. Automation and Agents — 7 services

Putting AI inside a repeat business process so it runs without manual copy-paste, with a human checkpoint where it matters.

Automation and Agents — 7 services
Service What it covers Best suited to
Workflow Automation Repeat processes moved into an automated pipeline with error handling, alerts and a runbook Teams losing hours to manual intake, routing and data entry
AI Integrations AI wired into the CRM, ERP, help desk, spreadsheets and email a company already pays for Companies that want AI inside existing tools, not another tool
Human-in-the-Loop Review checkpoints, confidence thresholds, exception queues and approval logs Processes where a wrong output costs money or trust
Agentic AI Consulting Deciding which processes are worth automating and in what order Buyers with a long list and no agreed priority
AI Agent Development Agents that plan, call tools and act under defined limits, permissions and spend caps Multi-step work that a single prompt cannot finish
AI Orchestration Multiple agents and systems coordinated, with handoffs and a full action log Operations spanning several systems or teams
Dedicated Development Team A named Dhaka team working continuously on your AI and software backlog Companies with ongoing work rather than one project

2. AI Marketing — 7 services

Applying the same automation discipline to content, campaigns and demand generation, with a named human editor on the output.

AI Marketing — 7 services
Service What it covers Best suited to
AI Content Editing Draft, edit and fact-check pipelines with a human editor on every piece Teams publishing at volume who cannot risk unchecked output
Prompt Strategy A versioned prompt system with test cases that prove each prompt still works Companies whose prompts live in scattered documents
Custom Writing Prompts Prompts built to a specific brand, format and compliance boundary Regulated or heavily branded content operations
Brand Personality Design A written voice specification the model and the editors both follow Brands whose AI output reads generic
Email Marketing Personalisation Segment logic, dynamic content and send-time rules driven by your own data Lifecycle and retention marketing teams
Campaign Management Campaign build, scheduling, reporting and iteration under one owner Lean marketing teams without an in-house operations function
Ad Bidding and Automation Automated bid and budget rules with guardrails and spend caps Advertisers managing many campaigns manually

3. AI Assurance — 7 services

The evidence layer. What you show an auditor, a client security team or a regulator when they ask how the AI decided something.

AI Assurance — 7 services
Service What it covers Best suited to
Output and Model Validation Test sets, accuracy measurement and sign-off criteria before a model goes live Teams moving from pilot to production

Service What it covers Best suited to
Data Analytics Analysis of operational and commercial data to answer defined business questions Teams with data they cannot yet act on
Data Visualisation Dashboards and reports built around the decisions they support Managers reading exports instead of dashboards

The competitive landscape

Who else provides agentic AI automation services

We are not the only option and it would be insulting to pretend otherwise. Here is an honest map of the market, what each group is genuinely good at, and where each one tends to disappoint — including us.

Provider categories in the agentic AI services market
Provider type What they do well Where they fall short
Global consultancies and systems integrators Board-level credibility, large programme governance, deep industry practices and the ability to carry enterprise-scale risk High day rates, long mobilisation, and junior delivery staff behind senior sales; rarely economic for a single workflow
Large Indian and Eastern European IT service firms Scale, mature delivery processes, certifications and the ability to staff hundreds of engineers quickly Minimum engagement sizes that exclude small buyers, and account structures that put distance between you and the people building
Western AI boutiques and product studios Strong design sense, fast iteration, current tooling and same-time-zone communication for US and EU buyers Small benches, key-person risk, limited operational experience of the back-office processes being automated, and premium pricing
AI platform vendors and their partner networks Ready-made agent platforms, fast proof of concept and continuous product improvement You buy their model of your process; anything outside the platform becomes expensive custom work, and you are locked to one vendor
Freelance marketplaces and individual contractors Lowest price, immediate availability and good fit for a single small automation No continuity, no documentation standard, no contractual data-transfer terms, and nobody to call when the automation breaks six months later
Bangladeshi software and IT firms Cost advantage over Western suppliers, a deep and growing engineering pool, and genuine overlap with Asian and European hours Quality varies widely between firms; many sell development capacity rather than owning a business process end to end
EICRA Soft Limited Nineteen years of actually operating payroll, finance and workforce processes before automating them; fixed prices; human oversight and documentation built in as standard; one Dhaka team under one agreement We are a services company, not a platform vendor — we do not sell licences; and we are newer to the AI market than the consultancies above, so we publish research and free samples rather than a long case-study library

How to compare any of us, including us

Ask every shortlisted supplier the same four questions and compare the answers rather than the brochures. First: who exactly will build this, and can I speak to them before signing? Second: what is the fixed price and what is explicitly excluded? Third: what happens when a step fails at three in the morning, and who gets alerted? Fourth: what do I own at handover, and can I run this without you?

A supplier who cannot answer those four in writing is selling you a demo, not a system.

How we contract

Security, compliance and what you own

So a legal or security team can clear us without a discovery call. If something here does not meet your policy, say so at scoping and we will either meet it or tell you plainly that we cannot.

Agreements

A mutual NDA before any data or system access. A data processing agreement before personal data is shared. For UK buyers, the ICO International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum; for Singapore buyers, PDPA transfer clauses.

Access and ownership

Builds run inside your own accounts wherever possible. Credentials stay with you, access is least-privilege, and our access is removed at handover. Delivered work is assigned to you as set out in the contract.

Oversight and rework

Production builds carry a confidence threshold, an exception queue, alerts to a named person and a logged fallback path. Anything failing the agreed acceptance criteria is fixed free; new scope is priced first as a change request.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about EICRA

Short, checkable answers. Anything that needs a number we do not yet have is answered with what we can prove instead.

What does EICRA Soft Limited do?

EICRA Soft Limited is a Dhaka-based technology and services company, registered in Bangladesh since 2007. Its main business today is agentic AI business automation: building AI agents, workflow automation and system integrations for companies abroad, alongside long-running ITES, EOR and workforce services delivered from the same Dhaka team.

Where is EICRA Soft Limited located?

The company operates from JCX Business Tower, Plot 1136/A, Japan Street, Block I, Level 5, Suite G, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh. Delivery runs on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which gives a full working-day overlap with Singapore and the Gulf, a morning overlap with the UK and Europe, and an overnight turnaround for North America.

Is EICRA Soft Limited a registered company?

Yes. EICRA Soft Limited is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms in Bangladesh under RJSC number E67073(4565)/07, holds e-TIN 672985122271 and trade licence TRAD/DNCC/019282/2022. These identifiers are published so a buyer can verify the entity before signing anything.

What is agentic AI business automation?

Agentic AI business automation means putting AI systems that can plan, decide and act inside a business process you already run, instead of leaving AI as a chat window on the side. A typical build includes the workflow itself, integrations into your existing tools, a human approval checkpoint, error handling with alerts, and documentation so your team can run it.

Which services does EICRA publish on this site?

The site publishes 32 AI services across five groups (automation and agents, AI marketing, AI assurance, data analytics, and IT and engineering), 16 ITES services, and 28 EOR and workforce services. Every item listed on this page is a live menu entry, not a plan.

Who else provides agentic AI automation services?

The market has four broad groups: global consultancies and systems integrators, large Indian and Eastern European IT service firms, small Western AI boutiques, and freelance marketplaces. Each trades differently on price, speed, depth and accountability. The comparison table on this page sets out what each group is good at and where it falls short.

Does EICRA work with companies outside Bangladesh?

Yes. The company works with buyers in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore and the Gulf, as well as inside Bangladesh. Contract and data-transfer terms are prepared for UK, EU and Singapore clients; for other countries the terms are agreed at scoping stage.

How do I start a project with EICRA?

Start with a scoping conversation. Describe the process you want automated or the service you need, and you will get a written scope, a fixed price and a dated timeline before any work begins. Contact details and a request form are on the contact page.

Tell us the process. We will tell you whether it is worth automating.Describe one repeat process and you will get a written view on whether AI belongs anywhere near it, what it would cost and how long it would take — before you commit to anything.
