What Are AI Content Editing Services?

AI content editing services are the human review, fact-checking and refining of AI-generated text before it is published. As a Dhaka-based company, we edit AI drafts for international teams: every claim is checked against a source and every piece is signed off by a named editor.

Each finished piece is accurate, on-brand and written in a natural voice, ships with a plagiarism and citation report, and comes back within 48 hours. The style guide, prompt library and checklist we build stay in accounts you own.

Every piece comes back within 48 hours. Send one AI draft first: it is read against your style guide, every claim is traced to a source, and the stock AI phrasing is marked.

You get a written note on the error types in the draft and what editing it properly would cost, whether or not you hire us.

4 days 01 Audit · $199, up to 10,000 words
2–3 weeks 02 Pilot · $600 for 10 to 20 drafts
With the pilot 03 Pipeline setup · $899 fixed
Monthly 04 Editing Desk · $549, up to 30,000 words

What is included in an AI content editing setup?

Every AI content editing setup includes six deliverables. You get a style guide built from your own drafts, a prompt library, an editing checklist with an error log, a named editor with a sign-off log, a plagiarism and citation report on each piece, and full handover in accounts you own. You receive a working editing pipeline, not a policy PDF.

Style guide from your drafts

A written guide to your voice, banned phrasings, formatting and citation rules, built from a sample of drafts you already publish.

Prompt library for your drafts

A tested system prompt and templates that produce drafts closer to your style guide, so editors correct less and each finished piece costs you less.

Editing checklist and error log

A fixed checklist every piece passes, and a log of the error types found, so the recurring ones get fixed in the prompt instead.

Named editor and sign-off log

One named editor owns each piece, and the log records who checked it and when: the audit trail an auditor, a client or a regulator asks to see.

Plagiarism and citation report

Each finished piece ships with a plagiarism and citation report, so you can see what was checked and where every claim came from.

Handover in your own accounts

The guide, prompts, checklist and logs live in your drive or content management system (CMS), and our access ends with the engagement.

Not included: writing first drafts or original research · legal, medical or financial sign-off · guaranteed AI-detector scores · volume above the published word caps, quoted per 1,000 words before the work starts.

What content does AI content editing cover?

AI content editing covers any text your team drafts with a large language model (LLM) and publishes under its own name. Blog posts, product pages, sales emails and research write-ups each get the same checks. Facts are checked against a source, structure against the brief and brand voice against your style guide, before a named editor signs the piece off.

Blog and search content

Articles, landing pages and pillar content drafted with AI, checked for facts, structure and brand voice.

Product and help content

Feature pages, help-centre articles and release notes, checked against what the product actually does.

Sales and email

Sequences, one-pagers and newsletters, checked for claims you cannot support and for off-brand phrasing.

Reports and decks

Market summaries and research write-ups, with every statistic traced back to a primary source.

How does AI content editing check a draft before it is published?

AI content editing checks each draft in one pass before it is published. The editor marks every claim, traces it to a source, flags what cannot be sourced, rewrites stock AI phrasing to your style guide and signs the piece off. The sample shows one blog draft moving through that pass.

Recurring error types go into the error log and are fixed in the prompt library, so later drafts need less editing.

How does the editing pipeline work?

Our AI content editing services run in four fixed-price steps, each with a published word cap. They are a four-day audit, a two-to-three-week pilot on 10 to 20 of your drafts, the pipeline setup with its own prompt library, and an optional Managed Editing Desk. Each step ends with a written result you can stop on.

Who is AI content editing for?

AI content editing suits any team publishing AI-assisted work that carries its own name. Three buyer types hire us most, and each gets the same pipeline tuned to a different risk. In each case AI can handle a first pass on structure and repetition, while a human editor checks every fact, every source and the tone of voice.

In-house marketing teams

You publish faster than one editor can check. You get a style guide built from your own drafts, a 48-hour turnaround per piece and a monthly error report.

Agencies and content studios

Your client sees your name on the byline. You get a white-label pipeline, a named editor per account, and a plagiarism and citation report you can forward unchanged.

Regulated and public-interest teams

Your text may fall under Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act. You get human review by a named editor, a sign-off log and a written record your counsel can point to.

Why choose Eicra for AI content editing?

AI content editing services review, fact-check and rewrite AI-generated drafts before they are published. We work record-first: prices carry word caps, a named editor signs off every piece, and the sign-off log is the human-review record that Article 50 of the EU AI Act recognises for published text.

Without a named editor

!!!!!
  • A hallucination published because nobody checked the facts
  • Stock AI phrasing that drifts from your brand voice
  • Hourly quotes that grow as the volume rises
  • No record of who approved what, or when

Is it safe to outsource AI content editing?

Outsourcing AI content editing is safe when the safeguards are agreed in writing first. As a Bangladesh-based company, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before reading a draft and work through named least-privilege accounts. Personal data is handled under a data processing agreement (DPA), so drafts stay inside your own systems. Reviewed By Eicra.com team

Which agreements are signed, and when?

NDA — mutual, signed before we read a single draft.
DPA — the processor terms required by Article 28(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for any personal information in a draft.
International data transfers — standard contractual clauses or the transfer instrument your jurisdiction requires, signed before personal data moves.
Access — named least-privilege accounts that you create in your drive or content management system (CMS).
Certifications — listed only when held; none are claimed on this page or in any proposal.

What access and rework terms apply?

Access Named least-privilege accounts that you create, held in your systems and removed at handover.
Ownership The style guide, prompts, checklist and every edited file are your intellectual property (IP); we keep no copies.
Service level agreement (SLA) A 48-hour turnaround per piece, stated in the signed terms.
Personal data Handled only under the DPA, inside your own systems, and never copied into ours.
Rework Free when a piece misses the agreed checklist; new scope is priced first as a change request.

What proof do you get before you pay for AI content editing?

Before you pay for AI content editing services, you get evidence instead of promises. You get measured commitments, a pilot on 10 to 20 of your own drafts that ends in a go or no-go report, and a free review of one AI draft. Client case studies with numbers are added here as clients give permission to name them.

Common questions about AI content editing

How much does AI content editing cost?

AI content editing with us is priced per step, not per hour, and each price is on the price cards at the top. The steps are a four-day audit, a pilot of 10 to 20 drafts, the pipeline setup and an optional monthly Managed Editing Desk.

How fast do you edit each piece?

Each piece comes back within 48 hours of submission once the pipeline is live. Before that, the audit takes four days, and the pilot and pipeline setup run two to three weeks together, so a first engagement is live in about four weeks.

Does Google penalise AI content?

No. Google Search Central states: “Generative AI can be particularly useful when researching a topic, and to add structure to original content.” Generating many pages without adding value for users may violate its scaled content abuse policy. Human review adds the checked facts and value that policy asks for.

Must we label AI-generated text?

Only in some cases. Under Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act, AI-generated text that informs the public on matters of public interest must be labelled. The European Commission’s guidance adds: “Published text that has undergone human review or editorial control – does not need to be labelled.” Our error and incident documentation records that review.

Who owns the style guide and prompts?

Your company does, from day one. The style guide, prompt library, checklist, error log and every edited file live in your own drive, CMS or workspace. At handover you keep all of it, our access is removed, and nothing is retained on our side.
