Security, compliance and contract

Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA, and any workflow that touches personal data runs under a data processing agreement with the transfer terms your country requires. Workflows live in your accounts, credentials stay with you, and no sub-processor is added without your written approval.

Frequently asked questions

How much does workflow automation cost?

Every engagement starts with a two-week AI Workflow Diagnostic at $1,500. A pilot of one workflow costs $4,000 and takes three to four weeks. Production builds start at $6,000 per workflow and are quoted after the pilot, so you know the full price before we build. All prices are in US dollars.

How long does a workflow take to build?

The diagnostic takes two weeks. A pilot of one workflow takes three to four weeks from kickoff. Production rollout depends on the number of users and systems and is quoted after the pilot. You get a dated plan before you pay and a written progress note each week against that plan.

Why does your pilot take 3–4 weeks when others promise 1–2?

Because we test on 20 to 50 real cases instead of one demo record, and we build error handling, alerts and a human approval step before launch. A workflow that runs for a week and then fails silently costs more than the time saved. If speed matters more, say so at the diagnostic and we will scope a smaller pilot.

n8n, Make or Zapier: which should we use?

We recommend the tool at the diagnostic, based on your systems, your data-residency needs and who will maintain the workflow afterwards. n8n suits self-hosting and complex logic, Make suits visual multi-step flows, Zapier suits simple app-to-app triggers. In all three cases the subscription stays in your name.

Do you work with UK or Singapore companies?

Yes. For UK clients we sign the ICO International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum. For Singapore clients we use the PDPA Section 26 transfer clause or the ASEAN Model Contractual Clauses. Dhaka at UTC+6 gives a full working-day overlap with Singapore and a morning overlap with the UK.
