One process, one 45-minute call and a two-page written verdict within five days. The verdict says whether the process is worth automating, roughly what it would save, and which tool fits. The Diagnostic costs $99. If the answer is “not worth it”, the note says so and nothing else is proposed.
Can we skip the Diagnostic?
Yes. If you already know the process, its volumes and what “working” looks like, book the free 30-minute scoping call and we quote the pilot directly. The Diagnostic is for teams that are not sure which process to start with, or whether automation will pay off at all.
Which is better: n8n, Make or Zapier?
For most AI workflows, n8n is the better choice, and our n8n automation services lead with it. n8n’s pricing page says “An execution is a single run of your entire workflow.” Zapier’s help center counts each successful action as a task, and Make’s help center defines an operation as a single module run. n8n can be self-hosted on your servers.
