AI development FAQs: cost, ownership and how we work
Cost comes first here, since most buyers open with it.
How much do our AI development services cost?
Every engagement has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. The two-week diagnostic and its price sit at the top of this page, with half credited to the pilot; pilots and production are then quoted in writing. Model and tool fees are billed to you directly by their providers.
What does an AI development company do?
An AI development company designs, builds and runs AI systems inside your own processes: automations, integrations, agents, content workflows, and the testing and AI assurance documentation behind them. Unlike a software reseller, it delivers working systems on your data, with named people, a fixed scope and price, and a handover you keep.
Should we buy projects or hire a dedicated team?
Buy projects when the work has an end, and hire a dedicated development team when the backlog never empties. Projects carry a fixed price. A team of named engineers is billed per engineer per month with a three-month minimum, at the monthly rate shown at the top of this page.
Who owns the code, prompts and data?
You do. As a Bangladesh-based team, we build in your own accounts wherever the platform allows, credentials stay with you, and our access is named, least-privilege and removed at handover. You receive the code, prompts, guidelines, runbook and admin access as files you keep. Model and tool accounts stay in your name too.
How quickly can an AI development project start?
Usually within one to two weeks of a signed scope, and the diagnostic itself runs for two weeks. Delays almost always come from access and approvals rather than engineering, so we list what we need, from accounts to sample data, before the contract is signed. The pilot then follows in three to four weeks.
