Security, compliance and contract

Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA, and any workflow that touches personal data runs under a data processing agreement with the transfer terms your country requires. Workflows live in your accounts, credentials stay with you, and no sub-processor is added without your written approval. Certifications are listed here only when they are actually held.

What gets signed, and when?

NDA — mutual, signed before any data or system access.
DPA — the processor terms required by Article 28(3) of the GDPR and the UK GDPR, for any personal data.
UK clients — the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Singapore clients — contract clauses that meet the PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation (section 26), based on the ASEAN Model Contractual Clauses.
US clients — SOC 2 readiness roadmap available on request.

What do clients ask about AI workflow automation?

How much does workflow automation cost?

Every engagement starts with a four-day AI Workflow Diagnostic at $300. A pilot of one workflow costs $600 and takes two to three weeks. A production build costs $899 per workflow and takes three to four weeks, and Managed AI Ops costs $999 per month after launch. All prices are fixed and in US dollars; AI model fees and tool subscriptions are paid separately.

How long does a workflow take to build?

The diagnostic takes four days, a pilot of one workflow takes two to three weeks, and a production build takes three to four weeks. A first workflow usually goes live six to eight weeks after the diagnostic starts. You get a dated plan before you pay and a written progress note each week against that plan.

Why does your pilot take 2–3 weeks when others promise days?

Freelance single-workflow offers we reviewed in September 2026 quote 48 hours to seven working days; agencies quote two to four weeks per process. Our pilot sits in the agency range because we test it on 20 to 50 of your real cases against an agreed success metric, and build error handling, alerts and a human approval step before launch.

n8n, Make or Zapier: which should we use?

We recommend one at the diagnostic, based on your systems, data-residency needs, volume and who will maintain it. n8n is fair-code software you can self-host or run on n8n Cloud, so data can stay on your servers; Make builds visual multi-step scenarios billed in credits; Zapier is cloud-only and lists 9,000+ apps for simple triggers. The subscription stays in your name.

Do you work with UK or Singapore companies?

Yes. We work from Dhaka (UTC+6, no daylight saving), with seven shared working hours a day with Singapore, three to four each UK morning and overnight turnaround for US teams. UK clients sign the ICO’s IDTA or the UK Addendum; Singapore clients get contract clauses that meet the PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation.

Who owns and hosts the workflows?

You do. Workflows are built inside your own n8n, Make or Zapier accounts, credentials stay with you, and admin access is handed over at the end with the workflow export and runbook. Delivered work is assigned to you as set out in the contract, so if we part ways you keep everything and our access is removed.

What happens when a step fails?
